Hello! My name is Lisa Robson, I'm a freelance illustrator and designer from the North East of England. I currently reside in a book, music and film filled home in Liverpool.
Since I graduated from Liverpool School Of Art in 2001 I have had many jobs and worn many hats (mostly different coloured berets!) I have been freelance since 2011 and I have a little studio space in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool.
I love drawing and designing and weaving tales through my work. I am very versatile with regards my personal drawing style though I am consistent in loving detail.
A few of my favourite things...
Lee Miller, Brian Froud, Hipgnosis, Haruki Murakami, Daphne Du Maurier, Angela Carter, Alfred Hitchcock, David Lynch, Nicolas Roeg, Ingrid Pitt, Julie Christie, Grotbags, Vinyl Records, Steely Dan, The Blue Nile, The Velvet Underground, Soundtracks, Grey Gardens, Horror Films, The Wicker Man, Kitchen Sink Drama, Film Noir, True Crime, Fingerless Gloves, Berets, Red Lipstick, Hairspray, Full Moons, Gin and tonic in a thin glass.
I am always interested in new projects, collaborations and commissions, whether they are design, illustration, photography or filmmaking so please email me if you have something in mind.
If your shop is interested in stocking my prints and greeting cards please email me and I will be happy to send you a digital wholesale brochure.
